There was pandemonium earlier yesterday after former vice president, Atiku Abubakar shared money on arrival at the airport in Kano state. According to reports, even the airport officials and security personnel struggled in order to get their own share of the “national cake”. The incident was said to have caused a chaotic moment at the airport. The presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was in Lagos a day before, for an event where he met Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike and others.

An accident which claimed the life of four persons including a family of three occurred on 23rd February around Ajebo along Oru-Ijebu Igbo road, Ogun State. Eye witnesses disclosed that four people on Okada, a father and his two kids and a neighbour’s child who were on their way to school were crushed by the speeding trailer, splashing their flesh and blood on the road,2 trucks has been set ablaze by angry residents of the community.
